Head Pizza Chef
Lead our kitchen team and craft the bold, creative pizzas that pizza luce has been known for since 1993. You'll work with locally sourced ingredients, develop seasonal specials, and ensure every pie that leaves our kitchen meets our uncompromising quality standards.
- 3+ years of pizza or culinary experience
- Knowledge of dough preparation techniques
- Ability to work fast-paced dinner rushes
- Food Handler Certification required
- Creative eye for toppings & presentation
- Team leadership experience a plus
Restaurant Manager
Oversee daily operations at our flagship Minneapolis location, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from open to close. You'll manage a team of up to 20 staff, coordinate scheduling, maintain inventory, and uphold the luce pizza standards that keep our guests coming back.
- 2+ years restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- POS and inventory system proficiency
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Conflict resolution experience
- Availability for evenings and weekends
Front-of-House Server
Be the face of the pizza lucs experience for our guests. As a server you'll take orders, make menu recommendations, deliver food with care, and create memorable moments that keep people coming back to our beloved Minneapolis restaurant.
- Prior serving experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle busy weekend shifts
- TIPS/alcohol service certification
- Menu knowledge and upselling ability
- Team-first attitude required
Delivery Driver
Join our delivery team and bring the taste of pizza luce directly to our customers across Minneapolis. We provide a reliable vehicle allowance, gas reimbursement, and the best delivery routes optimized for your success and safety. Plus you keep all tips.
- Valid driver's license (2+ years)

Kitchen Prep & Line Cook
Support our culinary team by prepping ingredients, managing mise en place, and executing line cook duties during service. This is a great entry point into the pizza luce kitchen — no experience necessary, just energy, reliability, and a love for great food.
